Millers by choice
The art of milling has always been handed down from father to son, but our path is different. The company was founded thanks to Claudio Bongiovanni, who, during his first experience as an employee at Molino Alba, fell in love with this world and decided to start his own entrepreneurial adventure. That spark started the history of Molini Bongiovanni, founded and developed thanks to the union of several historical Piedmontese mills.
A company created through a unique entrepreneurial vision: by choice, not by tradition.

We are one of the main plants in Piedmont, the home of Italian food and wine and a region that has always been devoted to wheat growing and milling. We strive to pay tribute to this territory every day, which has helped make our mill one of the most important in Italy.
